The MySyarikat system provides 4 types of Cut Off Date, namely Unpaid Leave, Financial Claim, Overtime Claim & Lateness
The Cut Off Date set at System Setting > Payment & Payroll Month that is generated are interrelated with each other
Description For Cut Off Date Financial Claim For Months That Have Total Days Of 31 Days
Financial Claim Cut-off Date set is 31 days of the month
Payroll Month generated is June
Approved Financial Claim applications that will be included in the June Payroll are from 31/5/2024 to 30/6/2024
Description For Cut Off Date Financial Claim For Months That Have Total Days Of 30 Days
Financial Claim Cut-off Date set is 31 days of the month
Payroll Month generated is May
Approved Financial Claim applications that will be included in Payroll May are from 1/5/2024 to 30/5/2024
The cycle cut off date of the Financial Claim that will be included in Payroll Month May is 31/4/2024 to 30/5/2024
For May Payroll Month, the Financial Claim Cycle cut off date is calculated from 1/5/2024 to 30/5/2024 because the month of April only has 30 days
Therefore, the Financial Claim cycle cut off date will be taken 1 day in the future which is 1/5/2024
