The MySyarikat system provides 4 types of Cut Off Date, namely Unpaid Leave, Financial Claim, Overtime Claim & Lateness

The Cut Off Date set at System Setting > Payment & Payroll Month that is generated are interrelated with each other






Explanation For Cut Off Date Overtime Claim For Months That Have Total Days Of 31 Days

Overtime Claim Cut-off Date set is 31 days of the month



Payroll Month generated is June



Approved Overtime Claim applications that will be included in the June Payroll are from 31/5/2024 to 30/6/2024




Explanation For Cut Off Date Overtime Claim For Months That Have Total Days Of 30 Days

Overtime Claim Cut-off Date set is 31 days of the month



Payroll Month generated is May



Approved Overtime Claim applications that will be included in the May Payroll are from 1/5/2024 to 30/5/2024



If you follow, the cycle cut off date of Overtime Claim that will be included in Payroll Month May is 31/4/2024 to 30/5/2024
For Payroll Month May, the Overtime Claim Cycle cut off date is calculated from 1/5/2024 to 30/5/2024 because the month of April only has 30 days
Therefore, the Overtime Claim cycle cut off date will be taken 1 day in the future which is 1/5/2024

The set cut-off date is 31 days of the month



Payroll Month generated is March



Approved Overtime Claim applications that will be included in Payroll March are from 1/3/2024 to 30/3/2024

For Payroll Month March, Cycle cut off date Overtime Claim is calculated from 1/3/2024 to 30/3/2024 because the month of February only has 28 or 29 days
Therefore, the Overtime Claim cycle cut off date will be taken 1 day in the future which is 1/3/2024

If the generated Payroll Month is February, the Overtime Claim application that will be included in the February Payroll is from 31/1/2024 to 29/2/2024

For information, for the MySyarikat system, enter the cycle cut off Overtime Claim from 1/4/2024 to 30/4/2024 into Payroll April, Payroll Month needs to be generated 1 month ahead, which is Payroll Month May





If you enter the latest Payroll Month, the MySyarikat system will enter the Overtime Claim amount that has been approved in the previous month
