The MySyarikat system provides 4 types of Cut Off Date, namely Unpaid Leave, Financial Claim, Overtime Claim & Lateness
The Cut Off Date set at System Setting > Payment & Payroll Month that is generated are interrelated with each other
Explanation For Cut Off Date Unpaid Leave For Months That Have Total Days Of 31 Days
Unpaid Leave Cut-off Date set is 31 days of the month
Payroll Month generated is June
Approved Unpaid Leave applications that will be included in the June Payroll are from 31/5/2024 to 30/6/2024
Explanation For Cut Off Date Unpaid Leave For Months That Have Total Days Of 30 Days
Unpaid Leave Cut-off Date set is 31 days of the month
Payroll Month generated is May
Approved Unpaid Leave applications that will be included in the May Payroll are from 1/5/2024 to 30/5/2024
The cycle cut off date of Unpaid Leave that will be included in Payroll Month May is 31/4/2024 to 30/5/2024
