[Version 2.0] How the MySyarikat System Calculates Staff EPF Contributions

The MySyarikat system calculates the EPF deduction using basic salary & the deduction is calculated according to the rate set by the EPF.

How is this value calculated in the system?




Click the 'View' icon next to How did we calculate this? And the following description will be displayed:




1) The calculation is calculated according to the basic salary of the staff




2) The MySyarikat system provides a setting of 11%. HR/Admin can update the contribution percentage by clicking Other for EPF Employee and Employer.





Note: The percentage for EPF Employee Deduction & EPF Employer Deduction must be filled in to avoid any error in calculating the EPF deduction

3) Look at the EPF table on the EPF website. Then, you can refer to the column From 1,480.01 to 1,500.00 will display the contribution amount for employees & employers
