How to Apply for Advance Salary (Advance Salary) in the MySyarikat Website
To apply for advance salary (Advance Salary), HR/Admin/staff can refer to the following steps:
a) Application
Step 1: Click Apply
Step 2: Click GajiNow
Step 3: Tick on the section I/we hereby agree to share data with Orpheus Capital
Step 4: Click Get Started

Step 5: Complete all the information on the Personal Details & Company Details section

Step 6: Once all the information on Personal Details & Company Details is filled in, you can click Save Draft

Step 7: Select the desired date
Step 8: Select the desired amount of advance salary (Advance Salary).
Step 9: Click the pencil icon on Bank Name, Bank Account Number & Account Holder Name

Step 10: Upload the desired file

Note: If the display above is displayed, it means the payroll has not been generated yet or the payroll is still in Preparing, Pending, Review or Approved status. Only closed payroll allows HR/Admin/staff to download 3 months payslip
Step 11: Mark on the section I/we hereby confirm that all information regarding financing application at Orpheus Capital has been clearly understood and no further questions need to be resolved.
Step 12: Download Letter of Consent & sign

Step 14: Click Save Draft

Step 16: HR/Admin/staff need to scan the QR Code displayed on the website first. Then, to complete the information on the CTOS section must be completed on the phone

Step 17: In the phone, tick the circled part & click Continue

Step 18: Make sure the Permission for Camera function is enabled & click Yes, Continue

Note: The following display is displayed if the HR/Admin/staff records a selfie video for more than 4 seconds. The required selfie video condition is 4 seconds or less.

Step 22: Once completed, the following screen will be displayed

Step 25: HR/Admin/staff must complete all details in the Impact Assessment first
