To check the rating/scoring given on the Self Appraisal Evaluation Form on the MyCompany website, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click Performance
Step 2: In the All Method column, select Self Evaluation



Step 3: The rating/scoring display will be displayed as follows



Step 4: To check the answers given, click View Form on the desired Self Evaluation form



Step 5: Answers answered will be displayed as follows
