How to Check the Rating/Scoring Given on the Upstream Appraisal Evaluation Form on the MySyarikat Website

To check the rating/scoring given on the Upstream Appraisal Evaluation Form on the MyCompany website, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click Performance
Step 2: In the All Method column, select Upstream Evaluation



Step 3: Click View on the desired Upstream Evaluation form



Step 4: The rating will be displayed in the Score column



Step 5: To check the answers answered by the staff, you can click View



Step 6: The answers answered by the staff will be displayed as follows
