Display on Attendance Overtime refers to the Overtime cut off date set in System Setting > Claim > Overtime > Overtime Setting > Overtime Cut-off Date

If the Overtime Cut-off Date is set to 31, if the Month column is set to February, the MySyarikat system will display information from January 31 to February 29






How to Get the Overtime Attendance Report (Overtime Beta Report) in the MySyarikat Website

To get the Overtime Beta Report on the MySyarikat website, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click Attendance
Step 2: Click Overtime (Beta)
Step 3: Enter the desired month, year, Department & staff name
Step 4: Click Filter
Step 5: Click Download
Step 6: Click Download as Excel or Download as PDF



The display in Excel format will be displayed as follows

How to Get Overtime Attendance Report (Overtime Beta Report) At Approval > Claim > Overtime Claim

To get the Overtime Beta Report at Approval > Claim > Overtime Claim, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click Approval
Step 2: Click Claim
Step 3: Click Overtime Claim



Step 4: Click Claim Report
Step 5: Fill in the required information in the Date, Department, Employee & Overtime Status fields
Step 6: Click Filter



Step 7: Click Download
Step 8: Click Download as Excel or Download as PDF



For Overtime (Beta), on the Overtime Report, the system will display *Auto Calculation on the date of the approved Overtime Beta application.
