[Version 2.0] How To On or Off Timeoff Setting On The MySyarikat Website

Additional Notes For HR/Admin

In the Timeoff Setting column, HR/Admin can only turn off the Enable Attachment & Application Limit Hour function

If one or both of these settings are set, staff can still apply for Time Off in the MySyarikat app & website

Enable Attachment function:

- If this function is turned on, when applying for Time Off in the MySyarikat app or website, all staff must enter the file in the Upload Attachment column

- If this function is turned off, when applying for Time Off in the MySyarikat app or website, all staff do not need to enter the file in the Upload Attachment column

Application Limit Hour function:

- If this function is turned on, when applying for Time Off in the MySyarikat app or website, all staff must apply for time off at the time set in the Minimum hour(s) & Maximum hour(s) column.

- Example:

a) If 1 is placed in the Minimum hour(s) column & 2 hours are placed in the Maximum hour(s) column, all staff must apply for time off at most 2 hours after the requested time



b) If the staff requests Time Off outside the time set in the Maximum hour (s) column, the following error display will be displayed:





- If this function is turned off, staff can apply for Time Off at any time in the MySyarikat app or website


How to On or Off Timeoff Setting on the MySyarikat Website

To turn on or off Timeoff Setting, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click System Setting
Step 2: Click Leave
Step 3: Click Timeoff
Step 4: Turn the Enable Attachment button on or off
Step 5: Turn the Application Limit Hour button on or off
Step 6: Click Save Changes
