[Version 2.0] How To Setup Custom Leave On System Setting > Leave

We have provided a Custom Leave option. The preparation of this Custom Leave makes it easier for the MySyarikat users to prepare types of leave based on the company's policy, but to set this Custom Leave requires careful planning.


Please follow these steps to set up your custom leave policy:

Step 1 : Click the "Create Leave Policy" button in the upper right corner.



Step 2: Select the type of leave according to the "custom" option.



Step 3: Please name the Custom Holiday Type in the name display section.



Step 4: Please activate the button and enter the holiday eligibility amount according to the group policy.



Step 5 : If some employees are not eligible for the "Custom" leave, enter the employee's name in the exception section.



Step 6: Activate the upload attachment button if necessary.



Step 7 : Enter a note for your reference



Step 8 : Press "Save"



After pressing save, the "Custom" leave type will be displayed on Leave Details and Employee Details in the Leave Policy section. You can continue to update or make changes to your leave policy by clicking on the "See more" section.
