[Version 2.0] Overtime Beta Function (OT Beta) In MySyarikat System
Introducing one of the latest functions from the MySyarikat system which is Overtime Beta! Now, the MySyarikat system will calculate the overtime of all staff after the set working hours automatically without manual application through the MySyarikat Application or Website
This Beta Overtime function can be set in System Setting > Attendance > Default Shift or on a shift that has been set
Description Regarding the Enable Overtime Buffer Column
a) On Default Shift
For the overtime buffer setting, it is the time set after the end of working hours where the staff begins to calculate Overtime Beta, which is Overtime automatically according to the staff's clock out time
Example:
The working time set on Default Shift > By Employee is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Overtime Buffer set on Default Shift is 30 Minutes
So, the MySyarikat system will calculate Beta Overtime starting at 5:31 pm until the final staff clock out time. From 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm is not counted as Overtime
If the HR/Admin side wants the MySyarikat system to automatically calculate Overtime Beta at 5:01 pm until the final staff clock out time, in the Enable Overtime Buffer column you can put only 0
b) On the Set Shift
For the overtime buffer setting, it is the time set after the end of working hours where the staff begins to calculate Overtime Beta, which is Overtime automatically according to the staff's clock out time
Example:
The working hours set for Shift A are 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Overtime Buffer set on Shift A is 15 Minutes
So, the MySyarikat system will calculate Beta Overtime starting at 4:16 pm until the final staff clock out time. From 4:00 pm to 4:15 pm is not counted as Overtime
If the HR/Admin side wants the MySyarikat system to automatically calculate Beta Overtime at 4:01 pm until the final staff clock out time, in the Enable Overtime Buffer column you can only put 0
Description Regarding the Select Overtime Rate Column on Default Shift & Shift That Has Been Set
For the Overtime Rate setting is according to the Overtime Rate set at System Setting > Claim > Overtime > Overtime Policy
The HR/Admin can set the MySyarikat system to calculate the Beta Overtime Rate according to the desired Overtime rate
If Normal Rate is set, the MySyarikat system will calculate Beta Overtime at Rate 1.5
If the Public Holiday Rate is set, the MySyarikat system will calculate Beta Overtime at Rate 3.0
If Extra Rate is set, the MySyarikat system will calculate Beta Overtime at Rate 2.0
If the set ISNIN - SABTU Rate or Custom Overtime Rate is set, the MySyarikat system will calculate Beta Overtime at the set Custom Overtime Rate
Description Regarding the Max Overtime Hour Set Column
a) On Default Shift
For the Max Overtime Hour setting, this is the maximum period the MySyarikat system will calculate the Staff Beta Overtime
Example:
The clock out time set in Default Shift > By Employee is 5:00 pm
The overtime buffer set is 30 minutes
The set max overtime hour is set for 2 hours
If the staff does not clock out after the set Clock Out time which is 5:00 pm, the MyCompany system will calculate the staff's Beta Overtime from 5:31 pm to 7:31 pm only
If HR/Admin wants to set no maximum hour limit for Overtime Beta calculation (unlimited hours Overtime Beta), in the Set max overtime hour column you can enter an amount of 0 only
b) On the Set Shift

If the HR/Admin wants to set no maximum hour limit for the calculation of Overtime Beta (unlimited hours Overtime Beta), in the column Set max overtime hours you can enter an amount of 0 only
