Additional Notes For HR/Admin

Introducing the latest functionality from the MySyarikat system, namely GajiNow! Now all staff as well as HR/Admin can apply for advance salary (Advance Salary) through the MySyarikat system only

The GajiNow function in the MySyarikat system is that applicants can apply for an advance salary (Advance Salary) through the MySyarikat system only

Note: It should also be noted that after the staff apply for advance salary (Advance Salary) in the MySyarikat system, the employer needs to make a payment to MySyarikat according to the amount of advance salary (Advance Salary) that the staff applied for.

Example: if the staff requests an advance salary (Advance Salary) amounting to RM1,000, the employer needs to make a payment of RM1,065 to MySyarikat. Here is how to calculate the Amount of RM1,065

RM1,000 (advance salary amount requested by the staff + RM50.00 (Admin Fee) + RM15.00 (Platform Fee). Employers can also refer to the following screenshot for a more detailed calculation

In GajiNow, the following is the process that applicants must go through:

a) Application
b) Upload Documents
c) Credit Rating
d) Indicative Offer
e) Impact assessment
f) TAC & Declaration

Note: It should be noted that 1 account can only be applied for once within a month

Additional Notes Regarding Popup Errors When Applying GajiNow in the MySyarikat System

Popup Error 1:

If the above display is displayed, information such as the IC number is not completed yet. HR/Admin/staff need to complete the information in Personal Details first


Popup Error 2:

The error popup above appears because:

a) The information in the System Setting > Company Details section is not fully completed yet. The information that needs to be completed is:

i. Industry


ii. Company Registration Number


iii. Postcode


iv. State


v. All information on System Setting > Company Details


b) Person In Charge information set on:

System Setting > Yearly Form


Employee > Employment > Yearly Form


The information that needs to be completed is:

i. First Name & Last Name Person In Charge (PIC) Yearly Form


ii. Email & Personal Email Person In Charge (PIC) Yearly Form


iii. Phone Number & Mobile Number Person In Charge (PIC) Yearly Form


iv. Designation Person In Charge (PIC) Yearly Form


v. Address & Mailing Address Person In Charge (PIC) Yearly Form
