[Version 3.0] How to Apply Leave on the MySyarikat Website

1. Additional Notes for HR/Admin

On the Version 3 website, HR/Admin can apply for leave on behalf of staff. Apply for leave as usual. Then, in the Applicant field, enter the name of the desired staff member.




This screen shows where you can select leave in the Leave Type settings. If the screen shows zero leave days, it means the leave balance has been exhausted or the leave entitlement and balance have not been updated in the Employee Leave Policy. HR/Admin can review and make changes in the Leave Policy (Employee Details) section for the respective staff member.




This screen shows that the leave balance is insufficient for the number of days requested. This needs to be reviewed, including the leave balance and the requested dates. For example, if the remaining leave balance is only 2 days but the requested leave is 4 days.



This screen shows that the leave dates (Start & End) requested have been set or fall on an Off Day or Public Holiday as set in the Calendar and Shift Calendar.




2. How to Apply for Leave on the MySyarikat Website

To apply for leave on the MySyarikat website, HR/Admin can follow these steps:

Step 1: Click Apply.
Step 2: Click Leave.
Step 3: In the Applicant field, select the name of the desired staff member.
Step 4: In the Leave Type field, select the type of leave to be applied for.
Step 5: In the Start & End field, select the requested dates, with options for Full, Morning, and Evening.
Step 6: In the Leave Reason field, enter the relevant information about the leave (if necessary).
Step 7: In the Supporting Document field, upload the required file (if necessary).
Step 8: Click Apply Now.
