[Version 3.0] How to Apply Time Off in MySyarikat Website

The Time Off function is used by staff who want to request leave during working hours for certain reasons and need approval from the employer/HR. The Time Off function allows leave granted by the employer without deducting salary or other benefits.

In the MySyarikat system, there is no function for calculating Time Off. It is based on the Application Limit Hour set in System Setting > Leave > Time Off only.

For example, if a staff member goes to a clinic during working hours, they can request Time Off in the MySyarikat app/website and upload the supporting document provided by the hospital/clinic.


2. How to Apply for Time Off in MySyarikat Website

To apply for Time Off in the MySyarikat website, HR/Admin/Staff can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click Apply.
Step 2: Click Time Off.
Step 3: Enter the application details in Apply Time Off.
Step 4: Attach supporting documents if necessary in the Supporting Document section.
Step 5: Click Apply Now.
