[Version 3.0] How To Approve Time Off Application On MySyarikat Website

The time off function is used for staff who want to get relief during working hours for certain reasons and also need to get approval from the employer/HR. The Time off function is a release given by the employer without deducting salary or the like

In the MySyarikat system there is no function for calculating time off, it is based on the Application Limit Hour set in System Setting > Leave > Timeoff only

For example, if the staff goes to the clinic during working hours, the staff can simply apply for Time Off in the MySyarikat app/website & upload the File Attachment provided by the hospital/clinic
How to Approve Time Off Applications on the Website

To approve Time Off on the MySyarikat website, HR/Admin/Timeoff Approval can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click Approval
Step 2: Click Time off
Step 3: Time off approval
Step 4: Click the view icon of the staff application that you want to approve



Step 5 : Click Approve
