How to Check CP21 & CP22 Slips on My Record

Note: In the My Record section, only the account owner can access

To check CP21 & CP22 slips, account owners can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click My Record
Step 2: Click Payment
Step 3: Click Yearly Statement
Step 4: All CP21 & CP22 slips will be displayed in the following section



How to Download CP21 & CP22 Slips on My Record

To download the Yearly Statement slip, account owners can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click My Record
Step 2: Click Payment
Step 3: Click Yearly Statement
Step 4: To download the CP21 slip, click Download on the desired CP21 slip
