How to Check the EA Form Slip on My Record

Note: In the My Record section, only the account owner can access

To check the EA Form slip, the account owner can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click My Record
Step 2: Click Payment
Step 3: Click Yearly Statement
Step 4: All EA Form slips will be displayed in the following section



Step 5: To check the EA Form slip information, you can click the eye icon

How to Download the EA Form Slip on My Record
