[Version 3.0] How to Check & Get Summary Attendance Report on MySyarikat Website

1. How to Check Staff Attendance Summary

a) Check the Attendance Summary of All Staff

To check the attendance summary of all staff, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click Attendance.
Step 2: Click Timesheet.
Step 3: Click Summary.
Step 4: Select Date Period, Department, & Employee. The system will automatically generate based on the filtered settings.
Step 5: HR/Admin can check the attendance summary of all staff in the following section.




b) Check the Attendance Summary of Each Staff

To check the attendance summary of each staff, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click Attendance.
Step 2: Click Timesheet.
Step 3: Click Summary.
Step 4: Select Date Period, Department, & Employee. The system will automatically generate based on the filtered settings.
Step 5: Click the Eye Icon on the desired staff name.




HR/Admin can check the attendance summary of each staff in the Attendance Summary section and can also download the summary report in Excel or PDF format.

2. How to Get Staff Attendance Summary Report

To get a summary report of staff attendance, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click Attendance.
Step 2: Click Timesheet.
Step 3: Click Summary.
Step 4: Select Date Period, Department, & Employee. The system will automatically generate based on the filtered settings.
Step 6: Click Print Record.
Step 7: Click Download as Excel or Download as PDF.
