[Version 3.0] How to Create Attendance for Staff on the Website
1. How to Create Attendance for Staff
In Version 3 of the website, HR/Admin can create attendance for staff by following these steps:
Step 1: Click Attendance.
Step 2: Click Timesheet.
Step 3: Click + Attendance.

Step 4: Select the Name and type of Shift required.
Step 5: In the Clock In Information section:
- Enter the required information in the Clock In Date field.
- Enter the required information in the Clock In Time field.
- Enter the required information in the Clock In Note field (if necessary).
- Turn on the button for Clock In Indicator or Set as late in (if necessary).
Step 6: In the Clock Out Information section:
- Enter the required information in the Clock Out Date field.
- Enter the required information in the Clock Out Time field.
- Enter the required information in the Clock Out Note field (if necessary).
- Turn on the button for Clock Out Indicator/Set as early out (if necessary).
Step 7: Click Save.

2. Additional Notes for HR/Admin
The error message above appears when creating attendance because there are dates where the staff has not clocked out yet.


To resolve this issue:
- HR/Admin can enter the clock out time for those dates first.
- Once completed, HR/Admin can create attendance for the desired dates.
