[Version 3.0] How to Set/Update Time Off Settings and Approvals in System Setting (Setup Time Off)

The time off function is used by staff who need to get time off during working hours for certain reasons and must be approved by the employer/HR. The time off function provides leave without deducting salaries or other benefits.
In the MySyarikat system, there is no automatic calculation function for time off; it is based on the Application Limit Hour set in System Setting > Leave > Time Off only.
For example, if a staff member goes to the clinic during working hours, they can apply for time off in the MySyarikat app/website and upload the file attachment provided by the hospital/clinic.
1. Setting/Updating System Setting > Time Off
To set up/update the settings in System Setting > Leave > Time Off, HR/Admin can follow these steps:
Step 1. Click System Setting.
Step 2. Click Leave.
Step 3. Click Time Off.
Step 4. Turn on the Enable Attachment symbol if supporting documents need to be attached.
Step 5. Turn on the Application Limit Hour symbol to set the minimum and maximum hours for time off applications.
Step 6. Click Save.

2. How to Setup/Update Approval Time Off
To set up/update the Approval Time Off settings in System Setting > Leave > Time Off, HR/Admin can follow these steps:
Step 1. Click System Setting.
Step 2. Click Leave.
Step 3. Click Time Off.
Step 4. Select the name for First Level Approval or Second Level Approval.
Step 5. Click Save.

* Note: If there is only one person approving time off requests, HR/Admin can enter the name for First Level Approval only. The Second Level Approval field can be left blank.
