[Version 3.0] How to Update All Balance Amount & Leave Entitlement For Staff In Leave Policy (Update Leave Policy)

To update/edit each staff's leave manually, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click on Employees
Step 2: Click the eye icon on the desired staff



Step 3: Click Leave Policy
Step 4: Click the pencil icon on the desired leave



Step 5: Enter the leave amount in the Leave Entitlement
Step 6: Enter the leave amount in the Leave Balance
Step 7: Click Save



Note: The HR/Admin side needs to ensure the balance amount & leave entitlement according to the formula below:
1. The value in "Balance" must be smaller than the value in "Entitlement"
2. The value in "Entitlement" must be greater than the value in "Balance"
3. The value in "Balance" & "Entitlement" is the same
