How to Update Events in the MySyarikat Website
To update the Event on the MySyarikat website, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click Calendar
Step 2: Click Events
Step 3: Click on the desired Event date

Step 4: In the Title column, update the desired Event title
Note: The title must not exceed 20 characters/words (including symbols & spacing).

Step 5: In the Description column, update the desired information

Step 6: In the Date Start column, update the start date of the desired Event
Step 7: In the Date End column, update the desired Event end date

Note: HR/Admin MUST enter the end date of the Event in the Date End column
If the End Date is not entered, the MySyarikat system will ask HR/Admin to enter the end date of the Event

Step 8: In the Time column, update the event start time

To enter the end time of this Event, you can enter it in the Description column

Step 9: In the Selected Employee column, update the desired staff name

Note: If all staff are involved in the Event, in the Selected Employee column, HR/Admin can leave it blank

Step 10: Click Save
