[Version 3.0] How to Update Shift On System Setting (Shift Manager)

Update Shift

1. Default Shift

To update the shift for the Default Shift, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Select System Settings
Step 2: Click Attendance
Step 3: In Shift Manager, select Details under Default Shift.
Step 4: Click Update

Step 5: In the Shift Setting column, turn on the following buttons:

Enable employee clock in/out selfie

Display attendance confirmation before submitting (if necessary)

Note:
The system will continue to submit the attendance after the staff member clicks the Clock In or Clock Out button if the Enable employee clock in/out selfie button is disabled.
The Late, Early, and Looks Good displays won't show up if the Enable early & late indicator button is disabled.
The system will not show the clock-in and clock-out information in the MySyarikat app once the staff clicks Clock In or Clock Out and submits their attendance if the Display attendance confirmation before submitting button is off.

Step 6: In the Workday Setting column, you can mark the working day as Full Day, Half Day, or Off Day.

Note:
HR/Admin cannot click Save if only one day is selected as Full Day, Half Day, or Off Day.
For instance, if the shift created only applies to Saturday Half Day, the other days must be marked as Off Day.
