[Version 3.0] How to Update/Edit Attendance Staff In The Website

How to Update/Edit Staff Attendance

To update/edit staff attendance, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click Attendance
Step 2: Click Timesheet
Step 3: Click Attendance Report
Step 4: Enter the date, department, staff name, shift type
Step 5: Click the pencil icon on the desired staff name



Step 6: On the Clock In Information column:

- Enter the desired presence location
- Enter the desired clock in date & time
- Enter the desired note (if necessary)
- Turn on the Set as late in button (if necessary)



Step 7: On the Clock Out Information column:

- Enter the desired presence location
- Enter the desired clock in date & time
- Enter the desired note (if necessary)
- Turn on the Set as early out button (if necessary)



Step 8: Click Update.


The following screen will be displayed "Successfully updated"
