[Version 2.0] Approve Payroll In The MySyarikat App

To approve a Payroll in the MySyarikat app, HR/Admin needs to set the Payroll Approval on the website first. HR/Admin can refer to the steps below:

Step 1: Click System Setting
Step 2: Click Payment
Step 3: On the Enable Approval button
Step 4: Fill in the desired Payroll Approval in the First Level Approval & Second Level Approval
Step 5: Click Save Changes

After finishing the Payroll Approval setup, HR/Admin/Payroll Approval can refer to the steps below:

Step 1: Click the MySyarikat logo

Step 2: Click Approval

Step 3: Click Payment
Step 4: Click Payroll
Step 5: Click on the desired payroll date

Step 6: Fill in the information needed in the Remarks section (if necessary)
Step 7: Click Approve

Step 8: Click Confirm

Payslip will automatically approve after that and notification will be send to employee
