[Version 2.0] How To Update Announcement In The MySyarikat App

Additional Notes For HR/Admin

Only staff with the Human Resource (HR) User Role can create & update Announcements in the MySyarikat system

To avoid any issues/problems when making an Announcement in the MySyarikat system, HR/Admin need to refer to the following conditions:

- Information in the Message column cannot be copied from external sources & pasted into MySyarikat Announcement
- HR/Admin needs to type to enter information in the Message column
- In the Upload Attachment section, the MySyarikat system only allows you to enter 1 picture or file

How to Update Announcements in the MySyarikat App

To update the Announcement in the MySyarikat app, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click Announcement



Step 2: Click on the desired Announcement



Step 3: Click Edit Announcement



Step 4: In the Title column, update the desired title

Note: The title must not exceed 20 characters/words (including symbols & spacing).



Step 5: In the Department column, update the desired Department



Note: If all staff are involved in the Announcement, in the Department column, HR/Admin can leave it blank



Step 6: In the Employee column, update the desired staff name



Note: If all staff are involved in the announcement, in the Employee column, HR/Admin can leave it blank



Step 7: In the Description column, update the desired information

Note: Information in the Description column cannot be copied from external sources & pasted into MySyarikat Announcement
HR/Admin needs to type to enter information in the Description column



Step 8: In the Upload Attachment column, update the desired image or file

Note: In the Upload Attachment column, the MySyarikat system only allows you to enter 1 picture or file



Step 9: Click Save & Update
