Additional Notes For HR/Admin

HR/Admin can add Category to this Evaluation Category

The MySyarikat system has provided 5 categories (these 5 categories are fixed & cannot be changed or deleted) & there is no limit for adding categories



If you want to view the Form that has been set, HR/Admin can click View Form



If you want to update the Form that has been set, HR/Admin can click Update Form



All means all types of Forms that have been set, including Forms that have been disabled will be displayed in this column



Active means that only all types of Forms that are turned on will be displayed



Inactive means that all types of forms that are turned off will be displayed in this column
