[Version 2.0] How To Approve Financial Claim In The MySyarikat App

To approve a Financial Claim applied by the staff in the MySyarikat app, HR/Admin needs to set the Financial Claim Approval on the website first. HR/Admin can refer to the steps below:

a) If the same Financial Claim Approval approves all the staff's financial claims:

Step 1: Click System Setting
Step 2: Click Claim
Step 3: Click Financial
Step 4: Fill in the desired Financial Claim Approval in the First Level Approval & Second Level Approval
Step 5: Click Save Changes



b) If different Financial Claim Approval approves different staff's financial claims:

Step 1: Click Employee
Step 2: Click the eye icon on the desired staff



Step 3: Click Employment & scroll down until the Approval Details section



Step 4: Click Update
Step 5: Fill in the desired Financial Claim Approval in the First Level Approval & Second Level Approval
Step 6: Click Save Changes



After finishing the Approval Financial Claim setup, HR/Admin/Financial Claim Approval can refer to the steps below:

Step 1: Click the MySyarikat logo



Step 2: Click Approval



Step 3: Click Claim
Step 4: Click Financial
Step 5: Click on the desired applied financial claim



Step 6: Click Approve



Step 7: Click Confirm



Application Financial claim will automatically approve after that and notification will be send to applicant
