[Version 2.0] How to Assign Shift On Shift Calendar

After setting the shift (create/setup shift), the HR/Admin can assign the shift that has been set (create/setup) on the Shift Calendar

Assign Shift On Shift Calendar

To assign a shift that has been setup/create, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click Attendance
Step 2: Click Shift Calendar
Step 3: Click on the desired shift date



Step 4: Change to the desired Shift
Step 5: Click Save

Additional Notes For HR/Admin

Note 1

1) The dark blue color refers to the Default Shift. This is a common shift for all staff
2) The light blue color is the new shift that has been set
3) The yellow color is the shift that has been set for the coming day
4) The gray color is the 'off day' that has been set in the Working Day Setting
5) The purple color (On Leave) indicates that the staff has applied for leave & HR/Admin has approved the leave application

To get a weekly shift display, you can click on the Week button



To get a monthly shift display, you can click on the Month button
