Additional Notes For HR/Admin

The MySyarikat system does not allow to Delete Shift that has been set

This is to avoid data disruption on the MySyarikat system

Default Shift is fixed & cannot be turned on or off right. Therefore, the button will be grayed out




How to Disable Shift in System Settings > Attendance

To disable the shift that has been set in System Setting > Attendance, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click System Setting
Step 2: Click Attendance



Step 3: Disable the desired shift
Step 4: Click Disable Shift



Step 5: Click Disable Shift



Step 6: Display Shift has been turned off. will be displayed
