How to Update Events in the MySyarikat App
To update the Event in the MySyarikat app, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click More
Step 2: Click Calendar
Step 3: Click on the desired Event date
Step 4: Click on the desired Event
Step 5: Click Edit Event
Step 6: In the Title column, update the desired Event title
Note: The title must not exceed 20 characters/words (including symbols & spacing).
Step 7: In the Description column, update the desired information
Step 8: In the Date Start column, update the start date of the desired Event
Step 9: In the Date End column, update the end date of the desired Event
Step 10: In the Time column, update the event start time
Note: To enter the end time of this Event, you can enter it in the Description column
Step 11: In the Selected Employee column, update the desired staff name
Note: If all staff are involved in the Event, in the Selected Employee column, HR/Admin can leave it blank
Note: If mandatory fields are not filled in such as Title, Description, Start Date, End Date & Time, the MySyarikat system does not allow HR/Admin to click Save
Step 12: Click Save
