How to Update Staff Information (Update Personal Details) in the MySyarikat Website
To update staff information on the Personal Details section of the MySyarikat website, HR/Admin can refer to the following tutorial link:

How to Update Staff Information (Update Personal Details) in the MySyarikat App
a) Personal Details
To update staff information in the Personal Details section, you can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click Profile
Step 2: Click Personal Details
Step 3: Click Personal Details
Step 4: Click Edit
Step 5: Update all information
In the Address & Place of Birth section, the maximum number of characters allowed is 20 characters only (including spacing & symbols)
If there are more than 20 characters on one or both parts, the MySyarikat system does not allow you to click Save & Update
Step 6: Click Save & Update
b) Working Experience
To update staff information in the Working Experience section, you can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click Profile
Step 2: Click Personal Details
Step 3: Click Working Experience
Step 4: Click on the desired work experience
Note: To add work experience, you can click on Add Working Experience
Step 5: Click Edit
Note: To delete work experience, you can click Delete
Step 6: Update the desired information
Step 7: Click Save & Update
c) Driving License Details
To update staff information in the Driving License Details section, you can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click Profile
Step 2: Click Personal Details
Step 3: Click Driving License Details
Step 4: Click Edit Driving License Details
Note: To add Driving License details, you can click on Add New Vehicle Details
Step 5: Update the desired information
Step 6: Click Save & Update
