[Version 2.0] Lateness Function In MySyarikat System
Additional Notes For HR/Admin
Introducing the latest function in the MySyarikat system which is Lateness
Now, HR/Admin can check staff lateness in the system through the MySyarikat website. Can check on Attendance > Lateness > Attendance Lateness
All staff lateness will be automatically recorded in the MySyarikat system
a) Explanation regarding Lateness Buffer
Lateness Buffer is the time set after the clock in time set on the Default Shift & shift that has been created, where the MySyarikat system will automatically calculate Lateness according to the time the staff clocks in
Example (Default Shift):
- The clock in time set on Default Shift is 11:10 am to 7:30 pm
- The set buffer latency is 10 minutes
- If the staff clocks in at 11:21 am, the MySyarikat system will detect the staff after clocking in
- Therefore, the 1 minute will be included in Lateness
Example (On Shift that has been created):
- The clock in time set at MANAGEMENT Shift is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- The set buffer latency is 10 minutes
- If the staff clocks in at 8:11 am, the MySyarikat system will track the staff through clock in
- Therefore, the 1 minute will be included in Lateness
b) Information Regarding Approving Or Canceling Delayed Staff Attendance
To approve lateness of staff attendance (Approve Lateness), HR/Admin can click Approve only
To cancel lateness of staff attendance (Reject Lateness), HR/Admin can only click Reject
c) Explanation Regarding the Calculation of Lateness Entered in Payroll
To calculate Lateness in Payroll, when generating Payroll, HR/Admin needs to turn on Lateness
To calculate Lateness into Payroll, on System Setting > Payment > Lateness Setting, button Count approved Lateness into Payroll? The HR/Admin side also needs to turn on the button
