[Version 2.0] How to Edit Working Hours On Default Shift & Other Shifts
On Default Shift
To edit working hours (edit working hours) on Default Shift, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:
a) By Role
Note:
i. In the Role section, HR/Admin can set the time according to the User Role the staff is in
Example: If the user role of the Board of Directors is entered clock in at 8:30 am & clock out at 5:30 pm, all staff with that User Role, the system will follow the clock in & clock out time
Step 1: Click System Settings
Step 2: Click Attendance
Step 3: Click See More on Default Shift
Step 4: Click Assign Shift

Step 5: Click By Role
Step 6: Change the clock in & clock out time on the desired User Role
Step 7: Click Save
b) By Department
Note:
In the By Department section, the HR/Admin side can set the time according to the Department that the HR/Admin side set (create/setup) and also in the Department where the staff is
Example: If in the Human Resources Department the clock in time is entered at 8:30 am & clock out at 5:30 pm, all staff with that Department, the system will follow the clock in & clock out times
Step 1: Click System Settings
Step 2: Click Attendance
Step 3: Click See More on Default Shift
Step 4: Click Assign Shift

Step 5: Click By Department
Step 6: Change the clock in & clock out time in the desired Department
Step 7: Click Save
c) By Employee
Note:
i. In the By Employee section, HR/Admin can set the time according to the desired staff
Example: If on Muiz Meor the clock in time is entered at 8:30 am & clock out at 5:30 pm, the system will follow the clock in & clock out times
Step 1: Click System Settings
Step 2: Click Attendance
Step 3: Click See More on Default Shift
Step 4: Click Assign Shift

Step 5: Click By Employee
Step 6: Change the clock in & clock out time on the desired staff
Step 7: Click Save
On The Shifts That Has Been Create/Setup
To edit working hours on a shift that has been create/setup, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click System Settings
Step 2: Click Attendance
Step 3: Click See More on the desired shift
Step 4: Click Update Shift
Step 5: In the Shift Clock In & Shift Clock Out fields, enter the desired clock in & clock out times
Step 6: Click Save
