[Version 2.0] How To Enter Staff's Family Information (Update Family Details) In The MySyarikat Website

In web version 2, HR/Admin can now enter staff family information in the Family Details column



Note: The information in this column is important if the staff has a PCB 39 deduction. The MySyarikat system will use the information in this column to automatically calculate the PCB 39 deduction in the staff's payroll.

To enter staff family information, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click on Employees
Step 2: Click the eye icon on the desired staff



Step 3: Click Family Detail
Step 4: Click Add



Step 5: Enter all the information
Step 6: Click Save
