How To Update Lateness Setting On System Setting > Attendance In MySyarikat Website
a) On Default Shift
To update the attendance delay function on Default Shift, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click System Settings
Step 2: Click Attendance
Step 3: Click See More on Default Shift
Step 4: Click Update Shift
Step 5: Turn on the Enable lateness calculation button
Step 6: Turn on the Enable latency buffer button
Step 7: In the minute(s) after clock in column, enter the desired amount
Step 8: Click Save
Additional Notes For HR/Admin
Lateness Buffer is the time set after the clock in time set on the Default Shift & shift that has been created, where the MySyarikat system will automatically calculate Lateness according to the time the staff clocks in
Example:
- The clock in time set on Default Shift is 11:10 am to 7:30 pm
- The set buffer latency is 10 minutes
- If the staff clocks in at 11:21 am, the MySyarikat system will detect the staff after clocking in
- Therefore, the 1 minute will be included in Lateness
b) On the Set Shift
To set attendance delays on shifts that have been set, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click System Settings
Step 2: Click Attendance
Step 3: Click See More on the desired shift
Step 4: Click Update Shift
Step 5: Turn on the Enable lateness calculation button
Step 6: Turn on the Enable latency buffer button
Step 7: In the minute(s) after clock in column, enter the desired amount
Step 8: Click Save
