[Version 2.0] How To Check & Update Information On The Staff App Setting (Update App Setting) On The MySyarikat Website
Description on the Staff Settings App Section
In the MySyarikat App Version section, the MySyarikat system will display the version of the MySyarikat application used in the staff phone. If the displayed version is not 2.1.0, it means that the staff is still using the old version of the MySyarikat app
In the Enable Notification section, the MySyarikat system will display whether the staff phone has Enabled Notification or not. Yes means that the notification for the MySyarikat app on the staff's phone has been turned on, right? No means the notification for the MySyarikat app on the staff's phone is not turned on
In the Attendance Setting section, HR/Admin can set either:
i. The staff can use the selfie function during clock in & clock out or not (Enable employee clock in/out selfie)
i. In the MySyarikat app, the staff will display Late, Early, On Time or Looks Good in the MySyarikat app (Enable early & late indicator)
iii. After clocking in or clocking out, the clocking in or clocking out information will be displayed or not in the staff's MySyarikat app (Display attendance confirmation before submit)
How to Check in the Staff Settings App Section
To check on the staff App Settings section, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click on Employees
Step 2: Click the eye icon on the desired staff name

Step 3: Click App Settings
Step 4: Check on the MySyarikat App Version section, Enable Notification & Attendance Setting
How to Update the Staff Settings App Section
Step 1: Click on Employees
Step 2: Click the eye icon on the desired staff name

Step 3: Click App Settings
Step 4: Click Update
Step 5: On or off right button:
i. Enable employee clock in/out selfie
i. Enable early & late indicators
iii. Display attendance confirmation before submitting
Step 6: Click Save
