[Version 2.0] How To Disable Location Radius That Has Been Set On Default Shift & Shift That Has Been Set
Introducing one of the newest functions in the MySyarikat system, namely "Geofencing". This "Geofencing" function allows staff to clock in & clock out according to the radius of the location that has been set by HR/Admin
Additional Notes For HR/Admin
This "Geofencing" setting function is only available in version 2 of the MySyarikat website
It should also be noted that all staff are required to update the MySyarikat app to the latest version which is 2.2.1 first
Staff must make sure to clock in & clock out within the radius of the location that has been set by HR/Admin
If staff clock in or clock out outside the designated location radius, the following display will be displayed in the MySyarikat app:

a) On Default Shift
To disable the location radius that has been set on Default Shift, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click System Setting
Step 2: Click Attendance
Step 3: Click See More on Default Shift
Step 4: Click Update Shift
Step 5: Turn off the Enable geofencing location button
Step 6: Click Save
b) On the Set Shift
To disable the radius location that has been set on the shift that has been set, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click System Setting
Step 2: Click Attendance
Step 3: Click See More on the desired shift
Step 4: Click Update Shift
Step 5: Turn off the Enable geofencing location button
Step 6: Click Save
